A few photos from yesterday’s visit from Noel. Noel is studying filmmaking in the US and told us about some of the techniques that directors use to tell stories on the big screen. After his presentation we tried to put together a few videos with establishing shots, close-ups and inserts of our own on the iPads.

Living Museum Day 2


Another great day of the Living Museum today. It was great to see the results of all of the hard work that you put in to this production. Parents and students were very impressed. Great job, everyone!

Hour of Code


This week is Computer Science Education week and the Apple Stores in Ginza and Shibuya will be hosting an Hour of Code event on Thursday, December 10th. If you click on the links below you can see details of the events.

Monday-Wednesday: Prepare for the Living Museum on Thursday and Friday this week.

-You must be ready to say your introduction and answer your questions with only note cards.

-Prepare your costume and props.


Thursday: Work on Mathletics assignments for 25 minutes.


Every day: Read for at least 15 minutes.

*a reminder about homework: please spend only 25 minutes on it and complete what you can!
